International stocks trading in New York closed mostly higher on Thursday.

The S&P/BNY Mellon index of American depositary receipts ticked down 0.5% to 151.03. The European index edged down to 0.8% to 150.09. The Asian index rose 0.1% to 167.13. The Latin American index gained 0.3% to 190.65, while the emerging-markets index climbed 0.6% to 277.08.

Gravity Co. was among those whose ADRs traded actively.

The company's shares rose 8.3% after the video game developer reported higher net profit attributable to its parent company in the first quarter.

Olink Holding AB, which provides a platform of products and services that are deployed across biopharmaceutical companies as well as clinical and academic institutions, retreats 8.8% after widening its loss slightly in the first quarter.
