FURTHER DELAY IN DESPATCH OF 2020 ANNUAL REPORT

Reference is made to (i) the announcement of GREATER BAY AREA DYNAMIC GROWTH HOLDING LIMITED (the "Company") dated 14 April 2021 (the "Announcement") in relation to, inter alia, the delay in despatch of 2020 Annual Report; and (ii) the announcement of the Company dated 30 April 2021 in relation to, inter alia, the audited annual consolidated results of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2020. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement unless otherwise stated.

As disclosed in the Announcement, the 2020 Annual Report was expected to be despatched to the shareholders of the Company on or before 14 May 2021. As additional time is required by the Company to finalise certain information to be disclosed in the 2020 Annual Report, it is expected that the despatch date of the 2020 Annual Report will be further postponed to a date on or before 21 May 2021.
