Green Cross Co.,Ltd. (FKSE:7533) agreed to acquire ANZENKIKI CO.,LTD. and Anzen Service Ltd. on August 8, 2022. Green Cross Co.,Ltd. will acquire 78.9% of the issued shares of ANZENKIKI CO.,LTD., and all shares of the issued shares of Anzen Service Ltd.
GREEN CROSS CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the sale and rental of safety equipment, as well as the production and sale of sign media. The Company is principally involved in the sale and rental of safety equipment, such as road safety materials, disaster prevention materials for construction, security and safety products and protective equipment.
