Green Cross Co.,Ltd. (FKSE:7533) agreed to acquire a 60.2% stake in 4Human Life No. 1 Private Equity Joint Venture Company for KRW 67 billion on June 18, 2021. The transaction is expected to close on June 22, 2021.
GREEN CROSS CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the sale and rental of safety equipment, as well as the production and sale of sign media.
