Two Rivers Water & Farming Company (OTCPK:TURV) signed a letter of intent to acquire assets of UST Mexico, Inc, Hempacco Co, Inc and US Tobacco de Mexico, SA de CV from UST Mexico, Inc, Hempacco Co, Inc and US Tobacco de Mexico, SA de CV for 5.9 million on August 15, 2019. As part of the consideration UST Mexico, Inc, Hempacco Co, Inc and US Tobacco de Mexico, SA de CV will receive 15 million newly issued common shares of Two Rivers Water & Farming Company. The timeline for the letter of intent includes the execution of the definitive agreement with completed exhibits by 75 days of the signing.
Completion of due diligence investigation within 30 days of signing and the closing of the transaction within fifteen days of the execution of the definitive agreement.
