(Alliance News) - Greenthesis Spa reported Thursday that it achieved net revenues of EUR85.3 million in the first half of the year, up from EUR82.3 million in the first half of 2022.

Net income rose 2.6 percent to EUR8.6 million from EUR8.4 million in the same period last year.

Ebitda is EUR21.2 million up 7.7 percent from EUR19.7 million as of June 30, 2022.

Ebit was EUR14.5 million from EUR14.0 million in H1 2022, up 3.3 percent.

Total net debt as of June 30 stood at minus EUR68.8 million, compared to minus EUR75.4 million as of Dec. 31.

During the second half of the year, the note says, "the group will continue to be focused on the implementation of what is expected in the update of the Strategic-Industrial Plan, which envisages the achievement of development and growth objectives by focusing on external acquisitions with an orientation toward environmental circularity, while maintaining high profitability and control of financial dynamics."

Greenthesis' stock on Thursday closed down 2.1 percent at EUR0.94 per share.
