GREMI INWESTYCJE SA 2/2015 Threshold of significant agreement exceeded
The Management Board of Gremi Media S.A informs that, on February 18, 2015 the total value of agreements concluded between Gremi Media S.A. (including its subsidiary Gremi Sukces Sp. z o.o.) and subsidiaries of Mr. Grzegorz Hajdarowicz exceeded the threshold of significant agreement and amounted to PLN 6,545,527 (value exceeding 10% of the Issuer?s equity).
The agreement with highest value is a loan agreement in the amount of PLN 1,210,000 concluded on April 14, 2014 between Gremi Media S.A. as lendor, and Gremi Sp. z o.o. as lendee, with due date on December 20, 2015.
The agreement was concluded at arm?s length, it does not provide for contractual penalties and it is unconditional.
