Famur S.A (WSE:FMF) made an offer to acquire 66.07% stake Kopex S.A. (WSE:KPX) from TDJ Spolka Akcyjna for approximately PLN 200 million on May 9, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, Famur will acquire 48 million shares at PLN 4.17 per share. The transaction will be funded by increase in capital of Kopex.
The transaction is expected to close by the end of June 2017.
