Gresham Computing : certified to latest PCI Data Security Standard

London, 29 June 2016 - Gresham, a leading provider of real-time financial transaction control and enterprise data integrity solutions, is pleased to announce that its core CTC Platform ('Clareti Transaction Control') and associated software development processes have achieved PCI Data Security Standard Level 3.2 (PCI DSS).

PCI DSS accreditation evidences that Gresham adheres to best practice in development processes, enabling customers to have complete confidence in security and integrity when processing data through CTC. It's important that financial institutions understand and implement standards for security policies, technologies and ongoing processes that protect their payment systems from breaches and theft of cardholder data.

With this latest PCI DSS accreditation, CTC proves a robust level of card data security, including key aspects such as prevention, detection and appropriate reaction to fraud and security incidents. CTC underwent an independent audit by an external assessor in order to achieve level 3.2 - the latest version and highest level. This comes a year after Gresham was initially certified as PCI DSS compliant for the global card processing industry.
