Grid Battery Metals Inc announced private placement up to 40,000,000 units at CAD 0.05 per unit for a gross proceeds CAD 2,000,000 on April 10, 2024. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share at an exercise price CAD 0.06 for a period of five years from closing.
