Gridsum Holding Inc. (NasdaqGS:GSUM) announced that it has entered into a subscription agreement for private placement of 3,461,902 class B ordinary shares of par value $0.001 issued at a price of $3.20 per share for gross proceeds of $11,078,086 on February 28, 2019. The transaction will include participation from certain equity investment firms. The closing of the transaction is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
