Groupe Bertrand and Amiral Gestion acquired an additional 6.2% stake in Groupe Flo SA (ENXTPA:FLO) for €9.9 million on August 6, 2019. Under the terms, Groupe Bertrand and Amiral Gestion acquired 47.7 million shares for €0.208 per share. Groupe Bertrand now holds 77.2% stake in Groupe Flo. Rothschild & Co acted as financial advisor to Groupe Bertrand. Groupe Bertrand and Amiral Gestion completed the acquisition of an additional 6.2% stake in Groupe Flo SA (ENXTPA:FLO) on August 6, 2019.
