Grucai Participacoes SA announced a private placement of 99,620 registered shares at BRL 1 per share for gross proceeds of BRL 99,620 on October 8, 2014. The capital of the company will increase from BRL 572,171.66 to BRL 671,791.66 upon closing. The transaction will include participation from the existing shareholder nominated and qualified in the transaction.
The transaction has been approved in the extraordinary general meeting of the company.
