Grupa Azoty supports Territorial Defence Force
As part of its support for the uniformed services protecting Poland's security and sovereignty on a daily basis, Grupa Azoty has donated equipment for the Territorial Defence Force, including specialist binoculars with laser protection filters and everyday items like thermos flasks and power banks.
Grupa Azoty is actively engaged in the support project initiated by Deputy Prime Minister Jacek Sasin and coordinated by the Ministry of State Assets.
The equipment was presented on behalf of Grupa Azoty to the Military Unit in Zegrze by Łukasz Bloch, Head of Communications and Marketing. It will be delivered to members of the Territorial Defence Force stationed near the Polish-Belarusian border.
'We are grateful to soldiers and other service members who are protecting the Polish border. We greatly admire the committment of the Territorial Defence Force to defending security of our homeland and the EU. I am proud to say that some of Grupa Azoty employees are also members of the TDF. The donated items will contribute to increasing the safety of soldiers deployed at the border, and they are a token of our gratitude for their daily service,' said Tomasz Hinc, President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A.
