Grupa Zywiec to Sell Browar Zamkowy Brewery

Grupa Zywiec S.A. (WSE:ZWC) has revealed its plans to sell its Browar Zamkowy craft brewery located in Cieszyn. Should the company fail to find a buyer, the brewery will be shut down by the end of the first quarter of 2021.

The Firm's offer consists of brands such as Zywiec, Heineken, Desperados, Warka, Tatra, Specjal, Strong, Lezajsk, Namyslow, Desperados, EB, Zlaty Bazant, Krolewskie and a portfolio of specialties, which includes foreign beers, such as Paulaner, Murphy's and Fisher, as well as Polish beers Zloty Denar, Zamkowe, Kaper and Zywiec Porter.
