Throughout 2022, we faced a challenging scenario in the Brazilian economy, which was even more sensitive for the retail sector, with a high interest rate environment and deteriorating inflation, demand and credit. Within this context, we maintained our actions aimed at the sustainable growth of the business, focused on the quality of the results, on the longevity and on the generation of value of

the Company.

To this end, we remain focused on our strategy of being an open platform, connected to our partners, which seeks to go beyond retail. Thus, we have reinforced our operations in the core categories of the business, in omnichannel, in customer loyalty and in increasing recurrence,

both in products and services.

In this sense, while we continue to focus on e-commerce,we have not given up investing in the expansion of our physical presence, reaching the state of Amazonas with the opening of ten stores and one DC.

As a result of this strategy, we recorded

resilience in our operation, with a drop in digital sales revenue, in line with the industry scenario, offset by an increase in physical store sales. In the marketplace, we reached around 151 thousand sellers and reached the 64 million SKUs mark.

In our logistics operation, we continue investing in technology and processes to improve our customer service. Through the acquisition and integration of two logtechs, today we have a network of over 300 thousand last-mile delivery couriers, responsible for the delivery of 72% of all our online sales.

In addition, in 2022 we started offering our

multiplatform fulfillment, a unique value proposal in the market that allows us to offer our entire logistics structure to our partner retailers. Simultaneously, we started our open sea logistics operation, offering this service to the market.

Focused on promoting diversity and creating a safe and welcoming environment, we launched the Via de Respeito Program to promote the fight against discrimination and harassment. In addition, in April 2022, Ms. Claudia Quintella Woods was elected as an independent member of the Board of Directors, the first female Board member since Via became an independent corporation, reinforcing our commitment

to diversity.

Another prominent theme in our trajectory - and reinforced in 2022 - is transparency. We have adopted as a practice the disclosure of important information for understanding the business and we seek to constantly evolve in our relationship with our several stakeholders. NeIn this haiku, a traditional Japanese poetic format, the brilliant Paulo Leminski from Paraná says it all about ESG. It is, or has to be, the relationship among corporations, and the world. In a metaphor not as nice as the poet's, corporations are like trees. They are sown, germinate, put down roots in society, extract their energy and profits from it, and give back, or would give back, everything in the form of oxygen. ESG, Environment, Society and Governance can be as simple as that. This is how we, companies, take from and give back to society everything we need so that everyone, business and planet, can grow and remain. This is the belief of those who chose to work and live this theme.

At Via, we believe we are living in a shared universe. We know that we must minimize our environmental impact and magnify our social impact. To this end, we strive to be more diverse every day in our

environment, we seek to reinforce, every year, every moment, the idea of a circular economy. And, through the Casas Bahia Foundation, we contribute to reducing the immense inequality that still marks our country. We know that the more we believe in and exercise this purpose, the better it will be for the environment and also for the business. The more the society in which we are rooted grows and strengthens, the more we will grow, sell more, and have more customers.

This report translates Via's vision. Here, we manifest and certify our mission to grow in an environment that is sustainable, inclusive, transparent and based on solid values. We also know that we are on a long road, with sharp curves and steep climbs. There are bumpy moments and potholes along the way. But we are sure that we will keep moving forward, pursuing our goals, and reporting our data with truth. Enjoy
