David and Christian Barzazi acquired 51% stake in Gruppo Green Power S.p.A. (BIT:GGP) from Innovatec S.p.A. (BIT:INC) on April 4, 2018. After acquisition David and Christian hold 87% stake in Gruppo Green. Raffaele Caldarone and Martino Andreoni of NCTM Studio Legale Associato acted as legal advisors to David and Christian.

David and Christian Barzazi completed the acquisition of 51% stake in Gruppo Green Power S.p.A. (BIT:GGP) from Innovatec S.p.A. (BIT:INC) on April 4, 2018.
