CHANGE IN COMPOSITION OF SHARE CAPITAL OF GUALA CLOSURES S.P.A.

Alessandria, 12 April 2021 - Pursuant to Article 85-bis of Consob's Issuers Regulation and to Article 2.6.2 of the Regulation of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Guala Closures S.p.A. ("Guala Closures" or the "Company") announces the new composition of the equity share capital as resulting from the conversion of the special category C shares into ordinary shares of Guala Closures following the request received from the relevant holders.

The current composition of the share capital of Guala Closures is detailed in the table below.
