On September 11, 2021, Guangdong Champion Asia Electronics Co.,Ltd. closed the transaction. The company amended the terms of the transaction and issued 11,129,975 shares at CNY 17.08 per share for total proceeds of CNY 190,099,973. The transaction included participation from Dong Youquan for 3,512,880 shares, Gao Rongshun for 1,405,152 shares, Huizhou Innovation Investment Co., Ltd. for 2,640,515 shares, Shenzhen Mutual Fund Management Co., Ltd. for 878,220 shares and Caitong Fund Management Co., Ltd. for 2,693,208 shares. The company incurred issuance fees of CNY 6,187,877.32 to receive net proceeds of CNY 183,912,095.68. Post to the transaction, the total share capital increased from 223,281,808 shares to 234,411,783 shares.
