Zhaoqing DP Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 380,417,800 in an equity round of funding on July 6, 2020. The transaction will include participation from existing investor Guangdong DP Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300808). Post completion of the transaction, the capital of the company will increase from CNY 128,580,000 to CNY 508,997,800. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of Guangdong DP Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300808) in the 25th meeting of the 2nd board of directors and the 10th meeting of the 2nd board of supervisors and is to be submitted to the investor's shareholders' meeting.
Guangdong DP Co.,Ltd. is a China-based company mainly engaged in the design, research and development, production and sales of lighting products. The Company's products include light emitting diode (LED) portable lighting series, such as flashlights, emergency lights, headlights, searchlights and camping lights, LED household lighting series, such as table lamps, bulb lamps, etc., and other mobile home appliances, such as electric mosquito swatters. The Company operates its businesses within the domestic market and to overseas markets such as Asia, Africa, North and South America.
