The Company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Wang Jianchao, Li Ming committed: to not transfer or entrust to a third party the Company's shares they hold directly or indirectly before the public offering, or allow the Company to repurchase these shares within 36 months from the Company's share listing date.
The Company's shareholders Guangdong Insight Investment Co., Ltd., Guangdong Chengmeng Investment Limited Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Zhuhai Rising Sun Investment Limited Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) committed: to not transfer or entrust to a third party the Company's shares they hold directly or indirectly before the public offering, or allow the Company to repurchase these shares within 36 months from the Company's share listing date.
The Company's shareholders Anhui Technology Information Venture Capital Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Zhuhai Ruiyuan Huide Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Zhuhai Xingchen Dingli Information Technology Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Chen Daijun, Li Dongying committed: to not transfer or entrust to a third party the Company's shares they hold directly or indirectly before the public offering, or allow the Company to repurchase these shares within 12 months from the Company's share listing date; and to not transfer or entrust to a third party the Company's shares they hold directly or indirectly before the public offering, or allow the Company to repurchase these shares within 36 months from the date of change in business registration with them listed as shareholders of the Company.
