Lin Shaobin signed Share Transfer Agreement to acquire a 8% stake in Guangdong Jiaying Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd (SZSE:002198) from Chen Yonghong, Huang Zhiyong and Huang Libing for approximately CNY 410 million on June 9, 2021. Under the transaction, Chen Yonghong will transfer 36,280,599 shares representing 7.15% stake, Huang Zhiyong will transfer 3,612,940 shares representing 0.71% stake, and Huang Libing will transfer 707,248 shares representing 0.14% stake at a price of CNY 10 per share. Post transaction, Chen Yonghong will have 192.60401 million shares representing 3.8% stake in Guangdong Jiaying Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
