Guangzhou Baiyun Electromechanical Equipment Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive gross proceeds of CNY 26,020,409 in an equity round of funding from new investor Guangzhou Baiyun Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603861) on December 18, 2019. The transaction has been approved by the 31st meeting of the 5th directorate and 28th meeting of 5th supervisory board of the investor.
