(SZSE:300335) agreed to acquire additional 75% stake in Guangzhou Senmao Smart Energy Technology Co., Ltd. from Ma Ge for CNY 6 million on December 1, 2023. Guangzhou Senmao Smart Energy Technology Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 12.74 million and net assets of CNY 11 million on September 30, 2023. After the acquisition, the Guangzhou Devotion Thermal Technology Co., Ltd. will directly own 90% stake in Senmao Smart. Guangzhou Devotion Thermal Technology Co., Ltd. board of directors approved the transaction.
