Guilin Fuda Alfing Large Crankshaft Co., Ltd announced that it will receive €6 million in a round of funding on December 3, 2021. The transaction will include participation from GUILIN FUDA Co.,Ltd. and Maschinenfabrik AlfingKessler GmbH for €3 million each. Post closing of the transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase from €16 million to €22 million.
GUILIN FUDA Co.,Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, production and sale of automotive components. The Company's main products include automotive components, such as engine crankshafts, automotive clutches and spiral bevel gears, as well as precision forgings, such as engine crankshaft blanks and automotive front beams. The Company's products are mainly used in commercial vehicles, passenger cars and new energy vehicles. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
