On August 4, 2022, Asia-potash International Investment (Guangzhou)Co.,Ltd. closed the transaction. The company issued 53,080,568 shares at CNY 31.65 per share for gross proceeds of CNY 1,679,999,977.20. The transaction involved participation from China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. for 6,031,605 shares for gross proceeds of CNY 190,900,298.25, Bosera Asset Management Co., Ltd. for 8,789,889 for gross proceeds of CNY 278,199,986.85, China Asset Management Co., Ltd. for 9,494,470 shares for gross proceeds of CNY 300,499,975.50, and 13 other investors.

The shares must not be transferred within 6 months after the listing date.
