HPio Co., Ltd. and BM International Holdings Co., Ltd. acquired 7.4% stake in MEDIZEN HUMANCARE Inc. (XKON:A236340) for KRW 1.4 billion on October 30, 2020. HPio Co., Ltd. acquired 0.16 million shares and BM International Holdings Co., Ltd. acquired 0.05 million shares at KRW 6500 per share. HPio Co., Ltd. funded the transaction through own funds of KRW 1.6 billion and BM International Holdings Co., Ltd. funded the transaction through debt of KRW 499.99 million.
