H&R Block, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended March 31, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 115.89 million compared to USD 136.52 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 2,061.76 million compared to USD 1,983.56 million a year ago. Net income was USD 673.18 million compared to USD 758.25 million a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 4.06 compared to USD 4.09 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was USD 4.05 compared to USD 4.08 a year ago.

It also offers small business financial solutions through its Company-owned and franchise offices and online through Wave. The Company provides additional services, including Refund Transfers (RT), Peace of Mind Extended Service Plan (POM), H&R Block Emerald Prepaid Mastercard (Emerald Card), H&R Block Emerald Advance Lines of Credit (EA), Tax Identity Shield (TIS), Refund Advances (RA), and small business financial solutions. The RTs enable clients to receive their tax refunds by their chosen method of disbursement and include a feature enabling clients to deduct tax preparation and related fees from their tax refunds.
