Hainan Meilan International Airport Company Limited Announces Resignation of Yu Yan as Executive Director, and Member of Remuneration Committee and Strategic Committee

The Board of Hainan Meilan International Airport Company Limited announced that, due to work adjustments, Mr. Yu Yan has tendered his resignation from his positions as an executive Director, a member of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Strategic Committee with effect from the date of the EGM.
