Other matters to be factored into investment decisions	(1) This is for the determination of the shareholders entitled to dividends in accordance with Article 44 (Interim Dividend) of Articles of Incorporation. * Article 44 (Interim Dividend) ① The Company may, pursuant to a resolution of the Board, distribute interim dividends based thereon in accordance with the relevant laws. In such a case, the record date for the distribution of interim dividends shall be the 30th day of June. Such interim dividends shall be made in cash. (2) The shareholders entitled to dividends will be determined based on the record date without closure of shareholder's registry. (3) The interim dividend and dividend amount will be announced after the resolution of the board of directors. ※ In the event of any conflict or inconsistencies may arouse due to English translation, the original disclosure in Korean shall prevail.
