As part of the continuing transition of Hancock & Gore ("H&G") into a diversified investment company the Board advises that existing Directors Peter Miller and Cheryl Hayman have notified the Company of their intention to retire as Directors. Peter and Cheryl are both long standing Board members of H&G, with Peter having initially been appointed to the Board in 2000 and serving as Chairman during the period 2002 to 2019. Peter has brought significant wisdom and expertise to the Board throughout that time and his service has been invaluable.

Peter intends to formally retire at the end of December as part of a simplification of corporate life and will continue to support H&G as a significant shareholder. Cheryl likewise has been a valuable member of the Board and was initially appointed in 2016. Cheryl has brought strong governance skills and marketing and sales insights to the Board and has been an active and valuable assistant to management and the Board throughout her tenure.

Cheryl will retire at the conclusion of the AGM.
