Handal Energy Berhad (KLSE:HANDAL) entered into a Memorandum of Agreement to acquire Tenzin Heavy Machinery (M) Sdn Bhd from Dato? Chng Chong Teck ad Tee Bee Geok on March 4, 2024. The Memorandum of Agreement shall continue and remain in full force and effect, until the date falling six months from the date of MOA or definitive agreement is executed between the parties.
The MOA is subject to the execution of the definitive agreement in due course.
