Garden Building Y.K. agreed to acquire an additional 8.76% stake in Handsman Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:7636) from Seiji Ozono and Masatada Ozono on November 5, 2018. Prior to the transaction, Garden Building Y.K. holds 0.68 million shares and after the transaction, Garden Building Y.K. will hold 1.94 million shares of Handsman Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to be completed on November 6, 2018.
