Fei Yuming completed the acquisition of a 6.03% stake in Hainan Yedao Co.,Ltd from Zhejiang Chengjian Construction Group.

Fei Yuming agreed to acquire a 6.03% stake in Hainan Yedao (Group) Co.,Ltd (SHSE:600238) from Zhejiang Chengjian Construction Group for CNY 140 million on March 16, 2023. Under the terms, Fei Yuming will acquire 14 million shares at CNY 10 per share in cash. Post acquisition, Zhejiang Chengjian Construction will have 51.60% stake in Hainan Yedao (Group). Consideration will be paid in three installments, 10% of the first installment of the share transfer payment CNY 14 million within 5 working days after the Shenzhen Stock Exchange issues the agreement transfer confirmation opinion, and the second installment of the share transfer 50% of the payment CNY 70 million shall be paid within 5 working days after the share delivery and transfer is completed, and 40% of the balance of the share transfer CNY 56 million.
