Central City Co., Ltd. acquired an additional 16.67% stake in Seoul Express Bus Terminal Co., Ltd from Hanjin Transportation Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A002320) for approximately KRW 170 billion on June 24, 2016. Hanjin Transportation sold 0.64 million shares in the transaction. Central City now owns 2.49 million shares. Seoul Express Bus Terminal reported total assets of KRW 106.06 billion, total capital of KRW 69.33 billion, sales of KRW 36.43 billion and net profit of KRW 13.17 billion in year 2015.
