Hanjin Transportation Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A002320) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 20,000 million worth of shares pursuant to a trust agreement with NH Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the program is to increase shareholder value through stock price stabilization. The program is valid till September 12, 2021.
