HANMI Semiconductor launched 'Wafer micro SAW' in Semicon Taiwan

HANMI Semiconductor(042700) announced on the 14th that they developed 'Full-automation Wafer micro SAW'(micro SAW W1121) which is a micro SAW equipment for sawing semiconductor wafer(original disk) and launched on '2022 Semicon Taiwan' exhibition opened in Taipei, Taiwan
