Hanpin Electron Co., Ltd. announced cash dividend of TWD 1.5 per share. Ex-rights (ex-dividend) trading date is September 22, 2021. Ex-rights (ex-dividend) record date is September 28, 2021. Hanpin will entrust the company’s agent of stock affairs–Stock Transfer Agent of CTBC BANK to distribute cash dividend from October 27, 2021.
