Hansol Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A004150) made an offer to acquire 7.9% stake in Hansol Logistics Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A009180) for KRW 4.8 billion on November 23, 2015. Under the terms of the offer, 1.3 million shares will be acquired at an offer per share of KRW 3710 in the form of shares of Hansol Holdings. The tender offer period is December 22, 2015 till January 29, 2016. Settlement date of the offer is February 2, 2016. NH Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. and Shinyoung Securities Co., Ltd. acted as service handlers for the tender offer.
