From January 1, 2023 to March 31, 2023, the company has repurchased 10,000 shares, representing 0.06% for KRW 147.94 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 93,073 shares, representing 0.54% for KRW 1,263.61 million under the buyback announced on July 8, 2022.

The Company operates its business through two main divisions: engineering business division and equipment business division. Its engineering business division engages in the construction of information technology (IT) facilities, industrial facilities, bio-pharmaceutical facilities, solar polysilicon production equipment, nuclear and aerospace facilities and others. Its equipment business division engages in the manufacture and installment of central chemical supply systems (CCSSs) and total chemical management systems (TCMS), which are used in semiconductors, displays, solar energy facilities and others.
