Harbin Bank Co., Ltd. Approves Nomination of Hou Bojian as an Independent Non-Executive Director

The board of directors of Harbin Bank Co., Ltd. announced that the Board approved and proposed to nominate Mr. Hou Bojian as an independent non-executive director candidate of the Seventh Session of the Board of the Bank to the shareholders' general meeting at a meeting held on March 21, 2019. The appointment of Mr. Hou Bojian is subject to the consideration and approval by the shareholders' general meeting of the Bank and approval by the banking and insurance regulatory authority under the State Council on his qualification. Mr. Hou has been a director of Shenzhen Zhongzhanxin Technology Fund Investment Partnership since December 2015, a director of Shanghai Tonglian Financial Services Co., Ltd. since May 2012, a managing director of Hong Kong HT Strategy Ltd. since October 2011, and the deputy chief executive officer of Hong Kong Ren Tong Group Limited since August 2008.
