Hard Off Corporation Co.,Ltd. (TSE:2674) agreed to acquire Info North Co., Ltd on February 12, 2020. Upon the completion, the name of Info North Co., Ltd will be changed to Link Channel Co., Ltd. Taro Yamamoto and Takayuki Irikura will join as President and Chief Executive Officer of Info North Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to be completed by April 1, 2020.
