DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - May 29, 2015) -  HASCO Medical (OTCQB: HASC), a company that conducts sales of wheelchair accessible vans, parts, service and rentals, today announced that it and its subsidiary, Ride-Away® have entered into a letter of intent to purchase Access 2 Life LLC, a Waco, Texas based dealership for wheelchair accessible vehicles.

HASCO Medical will begin immediately conducting due diligence on Access 2 Life and this process is expected to take 30-45 days. This is the first acquisition in Texas for HASCO Medical and the first location west of Florida. Access 2 Life sells new and used wheelchair accessible vehicles from BraunAbility, MV-1 and Mobility SVM. They offer full sales, service and rental operations at their Waco, Texas location.

Hal Compton, CEO of HASCO Medical, said, "We are excited to have the knowledgeable team at Access 2 Life join us at HASCO. Customers in the Waco area love Access 2 Life and that is due to the caring approach they take towards helping people with disabilities and that aligns with our goals at HASCO. This acquisition is in our headquarters home state and we hope that it will lead to more growth with our vendors in other Texas markets. We expect this acquisition to add somewhere between $1.2 to $2 million in top line revenue to the company."
