NOTICE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of HC Group Inc. (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Tuesday, 25 August 2020 at 3:00 p.m. for the following purposes:

1. to consider and approve the unaudited interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30 June 2020 (the "Interim Results") and approve the draft announcement in respect of the Interim Results to be published on the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the website of the Company;
2. to consider the payment of interim dividend, if any;
3. to consider the closure of the register of members, if necessary; and
4. to transact any other business, if any.
