HealthStream, Inc. announced that Gerard M. Hayden, Jr. resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company effective February 26, 2019. Following this resignation, Mr. Hayden will serve as a Senior Executive Advisor to the company through the end of the first quarter of 2019, and will receive the same base salary during this time that he received as the company's Chief Financial Officer. In addition, effective February 26, 2019, Mr. Scott A. Roberts was appointed as the interim Chief Financial Officer of the company.
