Heian Ceremony Service Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:2344) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 900,000 shares, representing 6.85% for ¥775.8 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of ¥862 per share. The purpose of the program is to enable flexible execution of capital policies in response to changes in the business environment. The program will expire on January 15, 2021. As of December 31, 2020, the company had 13,133,995 shares (excluding treasury shares) and 1,533,005 shares in treasury.

The Wedding Ceremony segment provides wedding ceremonies, as well as services such as weddings and coming-of-age ceremonies rental costumes, photography and dressing. The Funeral segment provides funeral related services and ancillary services such as the sale of Buddhist altars and utensils at homes, temples and congregations.
