ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE COMPLETION OF THE EXERCISE OF THE
SQUEEZE-OUT RIGHT
The company under the name "HELLENIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS & TELEMATICS APPLICATIONS SOCIETE ANONYME" (hereinafter the "Company") informs the investing public, pursuant to article 27 par. 6 of L. 3461/2006, after having been relevantly notified by the Greek Central Securities Depository S.A., that on 29.04.2021, "NEWCO UNITED GROUP HELLAS S.A.R.L." (hereinafter the "Offeror") was registered at the Dematerialised Securities System (DSS) as the owner of 1,925,241 ordinary shares of the Company with voting rights, which the Squeeze-out right related to. Following that, the Offeror today holds directly a total of 343,582,558 registered shares with voting rights issued by the Company, which represent a percentage of 100% of the total paid-up share capital and voting rights of the Company.
