SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO

DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION

Reference is made to the announcement of the Hevol Services Group Co. Limited (the "Company") dated 28 April 2021 in relation to the Acquisition (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Announcement.

The Board wishes to provide the Shareholders and potential investors of the Company with additional information on the identity of the ultimate beneficial owners of Panjin Fuxing Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.* ( 盤錦福興房地產開發有限公司), being the Seller in the Acquisition. To the best of the Directors' knowledge, information and belief and having made all reasonable enquiries, the ultimate beneficial owners of the Seller are Mr. Zhu Li* ( 朱利) and Mr. Zheng Pingyuan* ( 鄭平元), who hold approximately 90% and 10% equity interest in the Seller, respectively, and are ordinary residents of the PRC.

As stated in the Announcement, to the best of the Directors' knowledge, information and belief, having made all reasonable enquiries, the Seller and its ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties of the Company and its connected persons (as defined under the Listing Rules).

As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises two executive Directors, namely Ms. Hu Hongfang and Mr. Wang Wenhao, two non-executive Directors, namely Mr. Liu Jiang and Mr. Zhou Wei, and four independent non-executive Directors, namely Dr. Chen Lei, Mr. Fan Chi Chiu, Dr. Li Yongrui and Mr. Qian Hongji.

The English translation of an entity or company's name in Chinese which is marked with " *" is for identification purpose only. If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese names of entities or companies established in the PRC and their English translations, the Chinese names shall prevail.
