Hibiscus Petroleum Berhad is a Malaysia-based independent oil and gas exploration and production company. The Company's segments include Malaysia-North Sabah, Malaysia-Kinabalu and Others, Commercial Arrangement Area, United Kingdom, Australia, Vietnam, and Investment holding and group activities. The Malaysia-North Sabah segment includes investment in its 50% participating interest in the North Sabah, located off the coast of Sabah, Malaysia. The Malaysia-Kinabalu and Others segment includes investments and operations in the Kinabalu and the PM305 and PM314. The Commercial Arrangement Area segment consists of investment in its 35% participating interest in the PM3 CAA, located within the Commercial Arrangement Area between Malaysia and Vietnam. The United Kingdom segment consists of investments and operations in the United Kingdom, consisting of the Anasuria Area, and the Marigold Area, all located offshore in the United Kingdom Continental Shelf.
