Statement 
1.Date of occurrence of the event:2022/08/04
2.Cause of occurrence:According to various media reports, the Highwealth
Construction ("the Company") was fined by the Fair Trade Commission for
violating Article 25 of the Fair Trade Act in the sale of the property
development, "Platinum Mansion."
3.Handling procedure:The Company has made improvements in accordance with
the relevant regulations and will duly pay the fine imposed after
receiving the formal notice.
4.Anticipated possible loss or impact:
The total fine is NT$1.6 million. (Including a fine of NT$400,000 imposed
on the Company's subsidiary Ju Feng Hotel Management Consultant Co., Ltd.)
5.Amount of insurance claims that might be obtained:None.
6.Improvement status and future countermeasures:
The Company accepts the Fair Trade Commission's ruling and will immediately
improve all sales processes, and will urge partner real estate agencies to
follow all of the relevant regulations in the future to protect consumer
rights.
